Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards via Square, Inc. All items are priced in USD.

Shipping Methods

We use the United State Postal Service. To keep shipping rates down we compare costs between several carriers and ship the most efficient way.

Track Orders

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped.

How safe is it to order online?

We only use the safest payment processing services on the web. If you have any security questions or concerns please check out our payment processors security measures at Square or Wix.com.

Exchange, Return, Refund

We think our products are awesome, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your NathansGear.com purchase. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’ll make it right and give you the kind of service.

 

1. If you have a return, we’ll gladly issue a refund for the purchase price of the item if it is returned in new condition within 7 days of arriving at your destination.

2. If you have an exchange, we’ll gladly exchange it for the correct product within 14 days of delivery. The original item must be returned in new condition.

3. We may ask you to send the item in the original packaging materials.

4. Refund will be giving back to the original method of payment.

5. Shipping of return or exchange will be the responsibility of the buyer.
